 pork rinds cut into 2" each
 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
 2 tbsp cinnamon
 ¼ cup sliced almond
 ¼ cup cashews
 ¼ cup Swerve
 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup

In a mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, sugar-free syrup, Swerve, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Add pork rinds and stir, making sure that all the pork rinds are well covered with the liquid mix.

Freeze for 15 minutes.

Serve right away and keep leftovers in the fridge.
