Ingredients
 12 Thick sliced bacon strips
 1 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
 1 tsp Coconut oil

Preheat oven to 400°. Place bacon on a rack in a large baking pan. Bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes. Drain on paper towels; cool completely.

In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until smooth. Do it in intervals of 30 seconds each time.

Dip half of the bacon strip onto the melted chocolate.

Refrigerate until set. Store in the refrigerator.
