Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cook spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips, cocoa powder, eggs, butter, water, vanilla extract, and baking soda.

Using an electric hand mixer, mix until all ingredients are well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Divide the mixture among 12 wells of the muffin pan.

Bake for 11 minutes.

    I think there was an error in calculating the macros – how can muffins containing both eggs and nut butter have 0 g of protein?

    Question – in the mixing instructions it listed vanilla extract, but it is not listed in the ingredients section…just curious does this need to be added or updated? Thank you
