Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease and 8" bread pan.
In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, 1 tsp of the cinnamon, and stevia.
In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until well combined.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient well, stirring until well combined.
Pour half the batter into the greased pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon over top of the batter.
Pour the rest of the batter into the pan.
Using a knife, swirl the batter around to create a pattern with the cinnamon.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until it is done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.

Good afternoon. Is there a step missing between #s 3 and 4? You say mix dry ingredients. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. At this point, do we pour the wet into the dry, or the dry into the wet? I’m not much of a cook, so step-by-step is important to me. Can I eat it right away, or does it need to cool? Should it cool in the pan, or on a cooling rack? Thanks, anxiously waiting to try this recipe.
Can you use Swerve instead of Stevia ?
You might change Tbsp in the instructions to Tsp. I used Tbsp all the way and ended up with a new recipe, for Alarmingly Cinnamon Keto Bread. 🙂 The use of heavy cream instead of almond milk worked out great, by the way.
