Good afternoon. Is there a step missing between #s 3 and 4? You say mix dry ingredients. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. At this point, do we pour the wet into the dry, or the dry into the wet? I’m not much of a cook, so step-by-step is important to me. Can I eat it right away, or does it need to cool? Should it cool in the pan, or on a cooling rack? Thanks, anxiously waiting to try this recipe.

    1. Hi, Debra! Thank you for reaching out! The recipe has been updated to fix this error. We would recommend allowing it to cool before eating.

Can you use Swerve instead of Stevia ?

    1. Hi Mary-Grace! Yes, you can use Swerve instead of Stevia. The conversion is not a 1:1 ratio, though, so you may need to add more to increase the sweetness level.

You might change Tbsp in the instructions to Tsp. I used Tbsp all the way and ended up with a new recipe, for Alarmingly Cinnamon Keto Bread. 🙂 The use of heavy cream instead of almond milk worked out great, by the way.

    1. Hi, Shawn. We are happy that you enjoyed the recipe! Our recipe has been updated to reduce the amount of cinnamon called for.
