 3 tbsp heavy cream
 1 cup allulose(or powdered allulose is available)

In a blender, add the allulose and blend until it becomes a powdered sugar texture.

Mix the cream cheese and butter together in a bowl with a hand mixer.

Add in the vanilla extract and powdered allulose. Blend until well combined.

Slowly add in the heavy cream, continuing to mix with the hand mixer until well combined and fluffy.
Note: make sure the heavy cream is cold when adding it in or else it won't mix in properly.

Continue to beat until it becomes a frosting-like consistency. If it is too runny, add more cream cheese. If it is too thick, add more heavy cream until the correct texture is achieved.
