This keto naan bread is made from a dough similar to fathead dough, with a few small changes to make it a little lighter. It is the perfect substitute for your traditional naan bread, or even as a substitute for bread in sandwiches!

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Whisk until well combined.
In a seperate, microwavable safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Stir in the heavy cream until well combined with the melted cheese.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture.
Note: you'll want to do this quickly before the melted cheese begins to harden.
Add the egg to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Note: if the dough is too wet, add a bit more almond flour. If it's too tough, microwave for a few seconds to reheat the cheese, but be cautious because the egg can start to cook.
Section the keto naan dough into 4 balls and set them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread out the dough into bread shapes.
Cook the keto naan for 20 minutes or until it begins to turn golden brown.
