Whether you are craving oatmeal or just looking for a keto breakfast that doesn't revolve around eggs, this keto noatmeal recipe is perfect for you! It packs the flavor and texture of oatmeal, but is made with cauliflower instead of oats. It isn't oatmeal, no it's keto noatmeal!

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. While the water is heating, line a fine-mesh sieve with cheesecloth. Blanch the cauliflower in the boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the water and place in the sieve to drain for 5 to 10 minutes.

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well incorporated. Divide among four 12-ounce (or larger) containers or jars and refrigerate overnight.

Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
