Ingredients
 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 oz Cream cheese
 2 Egss
  cup Coconut Flour
 10 Sliced pieces of pepperoni
 1 tsp Baking powder
 Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 F and oil a baking sheet.

Combine the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and melt together one minute at the time.

Add the eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt, knead with your hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Separate the dough into 8 pieces of the same size, on parchment paper roll each piece into a stick.

Cut the pepperoni slices in half and place around the sticks.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, serve warm.
