Ingredients
 1 ½ cups Free range chicken broth
 1 ½ cups Pumpkin puree
 1 cup Heavy cream
 1 Celery stick
 2 tbsp Onion minced
 1 Bunch cilantro, minced
 6 oz Chicken breast, cut in 2 inch cubes
 Salt to taste
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine chicken and chicken, salt, bring to boil, once the chicken is cooked (about 20 minutes) add the pumpkin puree and stir.

Add the celery, cilantro, and onion and let it cook for another 5 minutes, at this point add the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.

Once it is ready, let it cool for at least 10 minutes and carefully blend in the blender.

Serve hot.
Optional: add some heavy cream on top once served.
