Craving Reese's Cups, but don't want all of the sugar and calories? These simple keto reeses cups are the perfect solution! They only require 3 ingredients and take only minutes to make! They taste just like a traditional carb-heavy peanut butter chocolate cup, but only have 2g of net carbs per serving! So sit back and enjoy your keto peanut butter cups guilt-free!

 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Bake Believe brand used)
 ½ tbsp coconut oil
 ¼ cup sugar-free peanut butter

To create the Reese's cup shape, add 12 mini cupcake liners to a plate or baking sheet.

Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwavable safe bowl. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, stirring frequently, until melted and well combined.

Pour half of the melted chocolate evenly into the mini muffin tins.

Using a spoon and spatula, add a dollop of peanut butter on top of the half-filled muffin tins.

Spread the peanut butter so that it is evenly distributed in the center.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over top and smooth it over.

Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and allow to set.

Remove your keto reeses cups from the freezer and enjoy!
Note: store these in the fridge and serve cold. They will melt quickly at room temperature.
