In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, crumbling it with a spatula as it cooks.
Continue to cook until almost done, around 7 minutes. Add the green sauce to the pan and heat until the green sauce begins to bubble. Remove from the stove and pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
While the mixture is hot, fold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
While the cheese is melting and the mixture is cooling slightly, mash the avocados. Carefully spread the guacamole evenly across the top of the ground beef mixture.
Evenly spread the sour cream on top of the guacamole layer.
Evenly distribute the rest of the shredded cheese across the top of the sour cream.
Top with the tomatoes, olives, and green onion. Serve while the bottom layer is still warm and enjoy!
