Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering them with water, and heating over medium-high heat.
Cook until the water boils, then decrease the heat and let the water simmer for about 8 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and set aside.
Once the eggs have completely cooled, peel and chop the eggs.
In a bowl, combine the butter and eggs using a fork, then add in pepper and salt as seasoning.
Serve with the diced avocado mixed with olive oil, smoked salmon, and chopped parsley.
