Ingredients:
 3 Large zucchini
 3 cups Fresh spinach
 4 oz Cream cheese
 1 tsp Minced garlic
 ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Put spinach in a pan with lid, slowly steam until the water is gone.

Add garlic, cream cheese, salt, and pepper, cook with the lid on until melted, stir in two tablespoons of grated cheese, mix well.

Trim the ends of the zucchini. Cut them in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving 1/2-in. Shells.

Add salt and pepper to taste onto the zucchini shells, bake for 10 minutes.

Bring out, fill with spinach, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and broil for 5 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve hot.
