I tried this recipe. I cut the cinnamon in half and still pretty strong. The dough was very sticky and I had enough cream cheese topping for probably 10 batches. Are you sure these measurements are accurate?

    1. Hi, Loretta. If you don’t like a strong cinnamon taste, you can definitely reduce it. As for the stickiness, if you microwaved the dough for too long this will cause it to be sticky. Next time if this happens, just add a bit more. The cream cheese on top is meant to be like a glaze, but thicker. If you don’t want to add that much, you can reduce the amount. It is meant to be a cream cheese danish, so it will have a strong cream cheese taste.
