Ingredients
 ¼ cup Coconut flour
 3 tbsp Granulated stevia
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Lemon extract
 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
 ½ cup Coconut milk, unsweetened
 4 Large eggs
 1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
Frosting
  cup Coconut cream, top of the can chilled
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  cup Powdered stevia blend, swerve
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 375F

In a medium-size bowl whisk dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl whisk liquid ingredients with an electric mixer.

Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and continue mixing until you have a homogeneous batter.

Spray the donut pan with the oil of your preference to avoid the donuts to stick to the pan.

Bake for 18 minutes or until ready (check if they are ready by sticking a wooden stick, if it comes out clean they are ready.

While these are baking prepare the frosting by whisking the coconut cream, vanilla and powdered stevia until you don’t see any lumps, leave aside.

Take out the donuts and let them cool off for a couple of minutes before unmolding.

9. Place on a cooling rack and once these are cool dip them in the frosting.
