Ingredients
 3 cups shredded zucchini, drained
 ½ cup coconut flour
 2 Large eggs
 3 oz bacon, cooked and cut in small pieces
  cup parmesan cheese
 Salt to taste
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 3 tbsp Butter
Instructions

In a medium bowl add all the ingredients, stir until well combined.

Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the coconut to absorb more liquid.

Preheat a skillet to medium heat and add the butter.

Make Patties with your hands (it helps to have your hand wet) and fry them until each side is golden.

Serve hot with your favorite keto sauce.
