Stir in the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.

Fold in the chocolate chips, saving a few to sprint on top.

Pour the keto brownie batter into a mug and microwave for 60 seconds.

Check to make sure the brownie is not overcooking and cook in additional 15-second intervals until fully cooked (normally, about 2, depending on the microwave)

Allow your keto mug brownie to cool before serving! Enjoy as-is or topped with powdered erythritol or a scoop of your favorite keto ice cream.
