 80 g macadamia nuts
 1 tsp stevia (optional)
 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 F

Pour macadamia nuts onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes

Allow nuts to cool (approximately 10 minutes)

Place nuts into a food processor and blend until consistency is creamy

Add stevia and salt and mix again until completely pureed
