
Set oven to broil at 370 degrees F.
Grease and heat a griddle to medium heat.
Blend all ingredients until you have a homogenous mixture.
Pour batter onto the griddle with a ⅓ measuring cup and spread carefully.
Flip shells when they are dry. Once cooked, let dry for 5 min. on a plate.
Put in a taco shell mold (you can also do the shape them by hanging them upside down on a cooling rack).
Bring shells to the oven and let toast for about 10 min., depending on your taste.
Serve with ground turkey or mahi-mahi for the best fish tacos.
