 2 tbsp stevia
 1 pinch salt
Frosting
 1 tsp butter
 ¼ cup coconut cream
 1 tbsp stevia
 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
 ½ tsp cinnamon

Grease a griddle or frying pan and bring to medium heat.

In a bowl, blend all of the pancake ingredients together.

Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle.

Cook each side for about 2 minutes and then flip.

Blend together the softened cream cheese and butter until well combined.

Stir in the stevia and pumpkin spice, mixing until well combined.

Slowly add coconut cream and whisk until texture is smooth.

Drizzle the frosting onto each pancake.

    There seems to be a “slight” issue with this recipe. It yields 1 serving of over 1500 calories.
    It looks like it’d have to make more than 20 pancakes to get to 72 calories
