 ½ cup coconut flour
 ½ cup almond flour
 2 eggs
 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 3 tbsp softened cream cheese
 pinch of salt
Toppings
 1 tbsp melted butter
 coarse salt to taste
 2 tsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp granulated Stevia

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix mozzarella cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir mixture and microwave again on high for 30 seconds. Add eggs and knead until combined.

Divide the dough in four equal pieces. On parchment paper, roll each piece out to about 15" in length. Form each into a pretzel shape and repeat with the rest of the dough.

Place pretzels on a baking sheet and brush on melted butter. Sprinkle salt on two pretzels and cinnamon and Stevia on the other two.

Bake for 12 minutes, and broil for another 3 minutes before serving.
