These Jalapeno poppers are so simple to prepare but unique enough to use as an appetizer when entertaining. The warm and cheesy poppers are decadent as is, but feel free to experiment with other keto-friendly additions such as bacon, ground beef, diced chicken, green onions, or sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Using the olive oil, grease the bottom of a shallow baking dish and set aside.
In small bowl mix to combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese; set aside.
Slice the Jalapeno peppers in half, length-wise, and use a spoon to remove all seeds and membranes.
Fill the Jalapeno pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture. Place the peppers, cheese side up in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Nice recipe, but on these recipes I’d like to see carbs listed because afterall it’s a low carb recipe..
