You can also customize this recipe more by adding your favorite keto ingredients like sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped nuts, chopped berries, or any other low-carb, vegan ingredients!

Melt the cocoa butter in a microwavable-safe bowl.
Stir in all of the ingredients.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon the dough into 1-2 inch ball and press into a cookie shape onto the cookie sheet.
Place in the fridge or freezer and allow to cool until hardened (20-30 minutes).
