I was tired of feeling sick and tired. I was unhealthy and unhappy. My biggest Non-Scale Victories are that I feel like a whole different person. I’m in a completely different mental space, I love myself now, I pay attention to the foods my family and I are eating. I have the energy to run around and chase three kids that are full of energy daily.
Most importantly I’m healthier, I was dealing with depression, PCOS, pre-diabetic, a fatty liver & anemia. I’ve slowly healed my body without even realizing it. How amazing is that!
My Biggest Hurdle- emotional eating which I’ve learned to deal with and address over the last 9 months. My health and the health of my family is very important to me, which is why we’ll continue living a ketogenic lifestyle.
What is the best advice you would give someone looking to transform their life on keto?
Allow yourself to be a beginner, do not compare your journey to others and remember it’ll all be worth it.
