Cheeseburger salad has all of the flavors in a classic Big Mac, but without all of the carbs. This salad jar recipe is perfect for meal preparation as it can be doubled and stored in the refrigerator for a week of lunches.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the beef. Break it up as it cooks and cook until all the beef is browned, about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and drain any excess liquid. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing into a mason jar and top with beef, onion, pickle, tomato, cheese, and romaine. Seal the lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat. To serve, pour into a large bowl and mix well. Enjoy!
