 1 cups heavy whipping cream
 9 oz sugar-free chocolate chips
 2 tbsp powdered Swerve
Optional Toppings
 unsweetened powdered cocoa
 finely shredded unsweetened coconut
 shredded nuts

In a microwave safe mixing bowl, heat heavy whipping cream for 2 minutes.

Add chocolate chips and Swerve and stir until chocolate is melted and you have a creamy consistency.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Once the mixture is ready to form balls (firm but not frozen), use a small cookie dough scoop to form the balls.

Dip the truffles into your favorite topping(s) and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.

Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
