 4 oz chicken breast(boneless and skinless)
 ¼ tsp sea salt
 ¼ tsp ground pepper
 cheddar cheese(shredded, for topping)

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Season the chicken breast and bacon strips with sea salt and pepper.

Slice the chicken breast into small cubes.

Cut the bacon into shorter strips and wrap each strip around a chicken cube. Secure the bacon and chicken with a toothpick.

Transfer the bacon-wrapped chicken bites to a baking tray and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
