 12 large eggs
 100 g Diced mushrooms
 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
 ¼ cup Bacon bites
 1 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 F and spray with oil a muffin pan.

In a mixing bowl add the eggs, cheese, mushrooms, almond milk, salt and pepper, whisk.

Scoop the mixture into each muffin tin, making sure all of the tin have equal amounts of the ingredients.

Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are bouncy to the touch.

Serve hot and refrigerate in an airtight container any leftovers.

    Love this recipe BUT impossible that it has 0g fat! Entering the ingredients into MFP gives us 1.1g carb, 9.8g protein, and 7.4g fat which seems more likely šŸ˜‰
