These keto biscuits are the perfect low-carb alternative to traditional carby biscuits. Whether you want to use them as a side dish, or as part of the main dish like biscuits and gravy, they pack all of the serious cheese & garlic flavor you could want from a biscuit.
Note: you can swap out the unflavored greek yogurt for full-fat sour cream. We chose to add full-fat unflavored greek yogurt to add more protein to these keto biscuits.

Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a baking sheet.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the cheese.
In a seperate bowl, combine the eggs, softened butter, and Greek yogurt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheese.
Evenly distribute the keto biscuit dough into 12 heaps on the greased baking sheet.
Bake your keto biscuits for ~10 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the keto biscuits to cool before serving.
