Wash and cut the broccoli (leave on stems for easy handling), and prepare the egg wash by combining the eggs with the heavy whipping cream.
Prepare the breading mixture by mixing the crushed pork rinds with the nutritional yeast.
Dip the broccoli into the egg wash.
Roll the broccoli tops in the breading mixture.
Lay the broccoli out on parchment paper on a baking pan.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
