Ingredients
 2 Medium chicken breast, about 8 oz each (raw weight)
 1 tsp Ground ginger (more or less depending on taste) Salt and pepper to taste
 1 tsp Garlic
 1 tsp Onion powder
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 cup Full fat coconut milk
Instructions

Seasoned chicken with ginger, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

In a saucepan on medium heat cook the chicken breast for about 5 minutes, turning it halfway.

Add coconut milk.

Let it simmer on low heat stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked,
