Add the seasonings, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and pork rind crumbs in a shallow bowl or plate.

Mix the egg in a separate bowl until the egg white and yolk is combined.

Dip the pickles in the egg mixture and allow to drip off (no excess egg yolk).

Place the pickle in the shallow bowl/plate and press the pork rind crumb mixture into the pickle on each side.

Place in the air fryer basket and repeat for all of the pickle slices.

Air fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
