  cup coconut oil
  cup cocoa powder
 ½ cup peanut butter
Cheesecake Filling
 ¾ cup coconut cream
 2 tsp erythritol
 2 tbsp coconut flour
Caramel
  cup peanut butter
 4 tbsp coconut oil
Toppings
 70 g sugar-free salted caramel chocolate Note: Lily's brand used

Mix all ingredients for fudge until it’s a sticky dough.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the dough into the bottom.

Add all ingredients for caramel in a bowl, heat in microwave until melted, and stir until well combined.

Pour the caramel over the fudge layer and freeze until firm.

Mix all ingredients for the cheesecake layer, except coconut flour.
Note: Use only the thick part of the coconut cream.

Stir in the coconut flour, creating a thick mixture.

Spread the cheesecake mixture over the caramel, place in the freezer, and freeze until firm.

Melt the chocolate and cover the cheesecake layer with it.

Try topping your keto fudge snickers bars with pecans, peanuts, or almonds and serve chilled.
