Ingredients
 1 lb London broil
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp keto brown sugar(Swerve brand used)
 ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
 1 tbsp garlic salt
 salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Herb Butter
 ½ stick butter, at room-temperature
 1 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
 1 tsp rosemary
 1 tsp garlic salt

Pat the London Broil down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, keto brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Preheat your broiler.

Coat the London Broil with olive oil mixture and place it to the broiler.

Broil each side for 5-6 minutes, flipping in between. This will give you a medium-rare keto London broil. If you'd like it rarer, cook it for less time. If you'd like it more well done, cook it for longer.

While the London broil is cooking, make the garlic herb butter.

Melt the butter and combine all ingredients for the garlic herb butter together.

Once the London broil is done, let sit for 5-8 minutes to cool.
