Keto cauliflower mac and cheese is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional carb-filled macaroni and cheese, but cauliflower still doesn't have the same texture as pasta. This recipe uses low-carb macaroni noodles so that you can maintain the texture and flavor of mac and cheese, but while staying in ketosis!

what brand of low carb macaroni?

    1. Hi, Susan. Great Low Carb was the name of the brand used.

  2. Debbie says:

    Pasta used? Thanks.

    1. Hi Debbie. Great Low Carb was the name of the brand used.

  3. Fruitie says:

    Can we freeze this?

    1. You can freeze this recipe; however, it doesn’t stay as cheesy. If you freeze it, I would recommend also making additional cheese sauce to add to it after re-heating it.
