Ingredients
 2 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 Whole chicken (about 4 pounds)
 3 tbsp Butter, melted
Intructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.

Remove giblets from chicken (if present). Brush the outside of chicken with butter.

Rub the spice mixture all over the outside of the chicken. Place in a baking dish.

Bake uncovered until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 60 to 70 minutes. Brush the chicken periodically with the juices that are in the bottom of the dish to prevent it from drying out.
