Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the almond flour and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl.
Add the cream cheese in chunks.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add in the egg and salt and stir until well combined.
Spray an 8-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of wax or parchment paper into a circle shape.
Carefully lay the dough over the prepared pie plate.
Note: The edges should hang over slightly.
Press the dough into the plate, poking a few times with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Brown the ground beef in an oiled skillet over medium high heat (about 10 minutes).
Combine the seasonings with 2 tbs of water. and mix into the beef.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Pour the cooked beef over the cooked pie dough.
Spread out the sour cream over the beef.
Note: You can add additional toppings here such as hot sauce, guacamole, queso, ect.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.
Place in oven on broil for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Top with the avocado slices.
