Ingredients
Dough
 1 ½ cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
 ¾ cup Almond flour
 2 tbsp Cream cheese
 1 Large egg
 Salt to taste
Taco Filling
 1 lb Ground beef
 Taco seasoning to taste
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Chili powder
 ½ tsp Cumin
 Salt to taste
Other filling
 ½ cup Cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup Sour cream
 1 Medium avocado in slices
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F

Dough

Combine the almond flour and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl.

Add the cream cheese in chunks.

Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds.

Add the egg and salt. Mix until fully combined.

Spray an 8-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of wax or parchment paper into a circle shape.

Carefully lay the dough over the prepared pie plate. The edges should hang over slightly.

Press the dough into the plate. Poke the dough a few times with a fork.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, set aside.

Heat oil of choice over medium heat.

Brown the ground beef in the pan, about 10 minutes.

Combine the seasonings with 2 tbs of water. Add to pan.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Assembly

Add the cooked beef to the pie plate with the cooked dough.

Spread out the sour cream over the beef. Add hot sauce here too if you like heat.

Sprinkle the cheese over top. Bake or put under broiler to melt the cheese.
