In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the avocado oil until well combined. Form 8 patties.

In a skillet heat up 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium heat.

Add half of tuna patties and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Flip the patties carefully and cook the other side another 3 to 4 minutes.

Take the patties off the heat and place them on a serving tray to cool.

Repeat with the remaining patties.
