This marinated feta is flavorful and complex but isn't hard to make. Just heat the flavoring ingredients in olive oil, then pour over the feta and let it marinate to absorb the flavors. Marinated feta makes a great snack, appetizer, or addition to salads or even your favorite keto pizza.

Ingredients

 ½ tsp chili flakes
 ¼ lime (peel only)
 1 tsp fresh basil leaves(chopped)
 1 tsp mint leaves(chopped)
 1 ½ cups feta cheese(cubed)

In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients except for the feta. Heat on medium-high heat for four to five minutes, until warmed through.

Place the feta cubes in a jar. Pour the oil mixture over the feta and close the lid. Let it marinate for at least two hours. Take the feta cubes out of the marinade before serving and enjoy.
