These prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella cheese roll ups are the perfect simple, but tasty keto snack. They are packed full of flavor, fat, and protein, but without all of the carbs. In this recipe, we recommend baking the prosciutto rolls slightly, just until the cheese melts, to ensure that the prosciutto stays on the cheese stick. You can skip this step and not cook them, the prosciutto is just more likely to come unrolled.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet.
