Mixing and then roasting whole cremini mushrooms with fresh minced garlic and rosemary results in a super easy, delicious keto side dish that is perfect alongside a cut of beef or turkey for the holidays. Rosemary is a potent herb that marries well with the heartiness of mushrooms, but feel free to swap it out for another fresh herb if you prefer.

 2 cloves garlic(minced)
 1 tbsp rosemary(fresh, chopped)
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a large bowl, toss together the mushrooms, butter, garlic, rosemary, and salt. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
