 ¼ cup mixed nuts(I used almonds, walnuts, cashews)
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp coconut oil

Crush or pulse nuts and add in chia seeds.

Place the keto chocolate chips and coconut oil in bowl and microwave for around 35-40 seconds or until stirring makes it liquid.

Lay out a sheet of parchment paper onto a plate.

Spread a layer of chocolate onto parchment paper

Add some of the crushed nuts on top.

Drizzle some of the peanut butter on top.

Keep putting down layers of chocolate, nuts, and peanut butter, alternating each time until each ingredient runs out.

Freeze the keto chocolate peanut butter bark for 45 minutes

Cut your keto chocolate peanut butter bark into pieces and serve!
