What is your favorite keto meal? Eggs, avocado, strawberries, and turkey bacon
Why did you start keto?
I started the keto diet to become a healthier version of myself. I followed the diet for a year and lost a considerable amount of weight! The keto diet changed my life forever.
What was the hardest part of keto and how did you overcome it?
The hardest part of following keto was staying away from processed food and excessive amounts of sugar. I overcame this by being disciplined with my diet which helped me naturally stop craving these items after a few weeks of being consistent with the diet.
Biggest changes in your day to day life?
The biggest change I encountered while following keto was going from eating anything I wanted to eating in a completely different style and eating only the same foods over and over again without any variety. I also saw positive physical changes in my body and mood overtime.
Best tip for newbies?
The keto diet may seem difficult when getting started, however with following the diet consistently and being disciplined, it gets easier over time. Consistency is key.
If there is one thing that you could tell yourself when first getting started, what would it be and why?
I would tell myself to slowly ease into the diet instead of implementing the keto lifestyle immediately so my body has time to adjust safely and so I can maintain the results and benefits that come with following keto long-term.
