Why did you start keto?
I had heart trouble, type 2 diabetes, and joint pain, and I couldn’t walk. I was 2 pounds away from 300 pounds.
What was the hardest part of keto and how did you overcome it?
Keto flu. I stayed focused and came out of it focused and with a clear head.
Biggest changes in your day-to-day life?
Eating one meal a day.
Best tip for newbies?
Stay off the scale and focus on your health. The weight will follow.
If there is one thing that you could tell yourself when first getting started, what would it be and why?
I should have been on the keto lifestyle sooner.

My blood sugar dropped to normal levels. I got off so many medications. I started Tom Garvey the Keto Cook on YouTube.
