If you are following the carnivore diet, then you need to try this simple carnivore beef stroganoff! It is creamy, savory, and delicious! If you are not a strict carnivore, try adding in onion, parsley, and garlic! If you are just a regular ketogenic dieter, try serving this recipe with your favorite keto pasta (like shirataki noodles or heart of palm noodles) or keto veggies (like cauliflower rice or zoodles).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. If you are adding seasonings in, do so now.
Add in the bone broth and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken.
Note: do not cover. If you cover, it will take longer for the sauce to thicken.
Serve your carnivore beef stroganoff and enjoy!
