Say goodbye to boring meal prep and hello to this easy, cheesy, keto air fryer salmon recipe! It is simple to make, but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen! The air fryer makes the outside of the salmon perfectly crispy while staying juicy on the inside. Plus, the addition of cheese makes it just that much tastier!

Cheesy Salmon
 2 wild-caught salmon fillets
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 3 tbsp lime juice
 ¼ cup Menonita or Mozzarella shredded cheese
Roasted Veggies
 ½ yellow bell pepper
 ½ red bell pepper
 ½ orange bell pepper
 ¼ purple onion
Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 400F.

In a foiled paper add your salmon with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Cook in your air fryer for 35 minutes.

In an iron skillet add the sliced onions and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and add more salt and pepper to taste.

Cook veggies for 5 minutes and turn off heat.

Once the salmon is cooked incorporate into the pan and mix a little bit to combine flavors.

Top your air fryer salmon with cheese, serve, and enjoy!
