These easy-to-make kale chips will replace your cravings for potato chips and popcorn. An added bonus, it's a tasty way to get additional servings of nutritious leafy greens into your ketogenic diet plan, and all you need is three simple ingredients.

 1 cup curly kale, torn into bite-sized pieces with stems removed
 ½ tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Place the kale pieces in a small bowl and use your hands to massage the kale leaves with the oil, until all pieces are evenly coated.

Place the kale on the lined baking sheet so that non are overlapping.

Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 8-10 minutes.

Season with salt and enjoy!
