 ¼ cup almond flour
 ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
 1 cup unsweetened shaved coconut
 ¼ cup shaved almonds
 ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 ¼ cup crushed walnuts
 ¼ cup raw pistachios

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients and make sure they are well incorporated.

Spread the ingredients evenly onto the baking sheet.

Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes to make sure granola crisps evenly.

When ready, remove from oven and let cool.
