These Indian-spiced chicken skewers require a bit of thinking ahead--you'll need to marinate them for an hour in yogurt and spices before cooking them--but you won't be sorry. They're especially good made on the grill, but if you don't have one, put them under the broiler, turning at least once during cooking.
