Wash the strawberries and dry well so there is no remaining water or dampness.
Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper--make sure it fits in the refrigerator. Set aside.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the keto dark or milk chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Keep repeating until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
Holding one strawberry by the stem, submerse it into the chocolate mixture and rotate until all areas are covered. Remove and place on the parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
Place the strawberries in the refrigerator for one hour until the chocolate is firm.
Microwave the keto white chocolate chips for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the white chocolate mixture into a piping bag or a regular plastic bag and cut the tip off one corner. Pipe the white football markings on each strawberry as you see in the recipe photo. Place back in the refrigerator for at least one more hour, or overnight before serving. Enjoy!
